About Saveeed

Everybody saves. Almost nobody finds it again.

Saveeed is a memory app for the things you capture in a hurry: screenshots, links and voice notes. It gives every one of them the context you did not have time to add, then hands them back the moment you ask.

A phone showing a library of saved screenshots inside Saveeed

One library, everything you saved

Searchable by meaning, not by filename

The problem

A graveyard everyone carries

This is not a niche habit. Across phones, countries and jobs, people do the same thing: they capture something important in one second, and pay for it later with ten minutes of scrolling. Storage was never the problem. Retrieval was. A general AI can explain a topic; it cannot know which message you saved or what your teammate asked for.

Saving feels productive, so we keep doing it. But a save with no context is a promise to your future self that your phone has no way to keep.

A SCREENSHOT. A LINK. A THOUGHT.

Different formats. One memory you can reach.

The screenshot graveyard

Chat instructions, saved posts, seat numbers, client decisions. Captured in a second, buried under a thousand photos by the weekend.

The bookmark graveyard

Folders inside folders, named once and never opened. The link you need is in there somewhere, but the reason you saved that particular post is lost.

The voice note graveyard

The best ideas arrive while walking or driving. They end up as untitled clips nobody replays.

The product

What Saveeed actually does

Four moving parts, one job: make everything you saved reachable by the way you actually remember it.

01

Capture without thinking

Screenshots come in on their own. Links and voice notes are one tap from wherever you already are. No folder picker, no title field, no filing decision at the moment you are busiest.

02

Context added for you

Every item is read and understood, then given a title, a summary and the details that make it findable later: the brand in the picture, the topic of the article, what you said in the note.

03

Ask, do not hunt

Alfa AI Assistant answers in plain language across everything you saved. Ask for the black jacket you screenshotted last month, or what that voice note said about the pitch, and get the item, not a list of folders.

Yours, and only yours

No advertising trackers, no selling data, no turning your private saves into a feed. Delete means delete, and you can remove everything at any time.

The story

Why I built this

I am Akshar Mohan. Like most people, my phone had become a pile of good intentions: screenshots of things I meant to buy, links I meant to read, voice notes of ideas I meant to build. Every one of them mattered at the moment I saved it. Almost none of them survived the search a month later.

What struck me was how universal it is. Every person I showed this to, in any line of work, opened their gallery and found the same graveyard. We had all quietly accepted that saving something and finding it again are two unrelated activities.

Better folders were never going to fix it, because the failure happens at the exact moment you are too busy to file anything. The fix had to happen after the save, not during it. That is the idea Saveeed is built on: let people capture carelessly, and let the app do the understanding.

So Alfa AI Assistant reads what you saved, adds the context you skipped, and waits. When you ask for it in your own words, it is there. That is the whole promise, and everything in the product is judged against it.

Your memory should not depend on how well you filed something while you were distracted.

The house it belongs to

Saveeed is part of AlfaBuildCore

AlfaBuildCore is the community brand Akshar Mohan builds under: a place for products made in the open, with the people who use them in the room while they are being made. Saveeed is the first product to carry that name to the public.

Practically, it means early access members are not a test group, they are the review board. Feature requests get read by the person who writes the code, and the product moves because of them.

Built in the open

What is shipping, what is next and what was dropped, said plainly.

Community first

Early members shape the product before it reaches everyone else.

Small and direct

Your message reaches the maker, not a ticket queue.

Long game

Products meant to be used for years, with export so nothing is trapped.

Principles

What we hold to

Four rules that decide what gets built and, more often, what does not.

01

Saving should cost nothing

If saving takes effort, people stop saving. One tap is the ceiling.

02

Finding should feel like asking

You remember things in fragments, so search has to accept fragments instead of exact names.

03

The work happens in the background

The app does the organising. You should never be asked to tidy your own library.

04

The assistant is a helper, not a host

Alfa reads your saved items to answer you. It does not compete for your attention.
